As electronic media through which information is created, transmitted, received, stored, processed and deleted, cyberspace shapes lives in different fields from social relations to economy, entertainment and education. Given the changing needs of people, it performs different functions. Today, cyberspace and social media go beyond virtual frameworks in terms of influence and affect the physical and social world. Cyberspace creates new cultural forms by changing culture and its components in the digital age. Religiosity, which is one of the important components of cultural and social manifestations, is affected in this process. Considering this fact, in order to identify the scope and dimensions of the impact of cyberspace on religiosity (goal), the present article questions the role and influence of cyberspace in the evolution of religiosity (question). Using a descriptive-analytical method and applying Heidegger and Baudrillard's approach (method), it introduces transformation of perception of truth and the sacred, religious identity, religious authority, concept of chastity and consumerism of religion as components of religiosity that have been transformed under the influence of vcyberspace (hypothesis ) and concludes (finding) that cyberspace is by nature secular.
