Cyberspace is a world and a powerful tool that has broken many boundaries. Many users are engaged in various activities in this space, including those in the field of the Islamic world. The level of active presence of users in the Islamic world does not meet the diverse needs of this space. The most strategic, vital and key action is the networking of users to benefit from numerous resources, opportunities, markets and capabilities and to deal with limitations and harms. The purpose of this research is to network the users of the cyberspace of the Islamic world and to answer the question: how can the users of the cyberspace of the Islamic world be networked?
The method of data collection is documentary and is based on library research method. Data analysis is done with a qualitative approach that inductively uses a series of systematic procedures to create a theory about the studied phenomenon. Networking of cyberspace users in the Islamic world consists of causal, contextual and intervening conditions, phenomenon-centrism, strategies and the results obtained. They give us the model of networking of cyberspace users in the Islamic world.
