This research is conducted with the aim of investigating the opportunities and challenges of online education in Corona era for seminaries. The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical. The findings of the research show that online education in the Corona era, despite having many positive capacities such as network education, flexibility in choosing the time and place of education, minimizing costs and learning time, optionality of in-person classes and having no restrictions in admitting new students, is faced with a number of problems and limitations including the lack of face-to-face and direct interactions between teachers and students, excessive dependence on technology, lack of expert executive staff, isolation of people, and lack of competition, the elimination of educational programs and the lack of control and supervision over students' interactions and programs. In order to reduce possible consequences of online education in post-Corona era, we need to overcome these problems as far as possible.
