With the expansion of the cyberspace, people spend many hours in cyberspace every day. From a scientific point of view, there is still room for the question of what amount of daily use of the cyberspace can be considered normal. The second question is: What harm does the use of cyberspace cause in the family? The current research has sought to answer these two questions by using the experimental survey method. For this purpose, "Questionnaire of family relationship harms" (made by the researcher) and "Checklist of cyberspace" (Vojdani, 2017) were given to 240 seminary students and students of Qom University. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics parameters, Kisermayrkin (KMO) and Bartlett's test, exploratory factor analysis, Pearson correlation, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOA). The findings showed that family relationship harms can be classified into five basic factors; Intra-family relationship, extra-family relationship, family violence, mental disorder within the family and family identity crisis. In this research, cyberspace users can be divided into five groups in terms of using cyberspace; Half an hour, one hour, two hours, three hours and more than three hours. The findings show that there is a significant difference between the fifth group and the first four groups. In the last group there are all family relationship harms. At the end, the findings were explained and compared with the results of other researches.
