Abstract
The legislative miracle, which means that the content of the Qur'an is amazing and its rulings are sound, is one of the many aspects of the miracle of the Qur'an from the point of view of Muslims. In the present era, the accounts confirming the uniqueness of the Qur’an in terms of legislation, while emphasizing the trans-temporal and trans-spatial nature of its teachings, have been the focus of Qur’anic scholars more than ever. After explaining terminologies and mentioning the background of this discussion, this article carefully examines the Qur’anic laws specifically in the field of the family (which is considered the most important base of material and spiritual excellence of man) and has tried to deal with the miraculous aspects of the Qur’an in the field of family in two analytical parts. In the first part, the most obvious foundations of Qur’anic laws have been discussed. Paying attention to the dignity of human beings, negation of gender supremacy, proportionality of rights and duties and ethics are among these foundations. In the second part, the comprehensiveness of the Qur'anic laws in the field of the family is stated. This has been done by referring to the verses which, in addition to the pathology of family formation, are devoted to planning the relationships of couples with each other and children with their parents, explaining the various functions of the family and providing criteria for resolving disputes in this structure. Considering the degenerate atmosphere prevailing in the Pre-Islamic era and given the teachings of previous divine Books in the field of family, making such a high level of laws is one of the evidences that acknowledge the extraordinary nature of Qur’anic legislation in the field of family.
