Elements of Preserving Women’s Dignity and their Educational Role in the Islamic Lifestyle

Abstract

This research aims to create awareness on the elements of preserving women’s dignity and explaining their educational role in the Islamic lifestyle, which was done using descriptive and analytical methods. The research data was collected using questionnaire forms after reviewing the available and relevant sources and analyzing them using qualitative methods.
Among the outcomes of the research is the identification of six elements for preserving women’s dignity, which are: awareness of innate talents, care for acquired abilities, attention to the effects of dignity, developing modesty, improving self-esteem, and educating women about their rights, in addition to identifying five educational roles in the Islamic lifestyle, which are: formation of a healthy personality, improving the level of religiosity, proud behavior in life, avoiding sins, and increasing the sense of social responsibility. Paying attention to these elements can direct the life of women in society towards a religious lifestyle.
